I did that, code says its already been used, went to my licenses, put my email in again, says request something, says it will send, but nothing shows up in my email, i am wondering if there is a typo on the emai addy...#rob wrote: Tue Feb 05, 2019 11:06 amI think I already replied to your support request. If that was not you, then please see my post below:Hexfix93 wrote: Tue Feb 05, 2019 7:27 am I bought it from NI's site and still have not received my serial numberi want to use it now darn it.
#rob wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 9:40 pm Due to the high demand, our servers initially ran into some unexpected communication issues. I found the problem and pretty certainly fixed it, everything seems to be back to normal now.
If you didn't receive all of your serial number(s) yet, then please head over to the redeem page and try again (for the ones you didn't receive yet).
This time around it should work. Fingers crossed...

Until that happens..........Urs wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 11:30 pmNo worries. I can see no scenario where I'd enslave myself for any money in the world. There'll certainly be shareholders at some point, but that's a good thing to increase the longevity of the company when I get older. At least, that is the plan.ThomasHelzle wrote: Mon Feb 04, 2019 11:19 pm As long as you don't do a Camel-Audio on us, I guess I can live with that
I was just curious, since that no-sales-policy was once very important to you.
In regards of sales, they have become important for us, we use them in a corrective way, e.g. to rebuild our newsletter after the GDPR thing, or to keep Hive going while working out a proper upgrade strategy. But we won't do anything like this current sale regularly.
Congrats on your much increased user base. Too bad I have too many synths where I cant' remember a 3rd of them otherwise I would be all over this.

We'll see. I guess it'll even out in a few weeks/months.ThomasHelzle wrote: Tue Feb 05, 2019 2:05 pmSo I assume that the general u-he plugin resale value has just gone down quite a bit.
Typically, 9 months after we release a product there's an influx of license transfers. Those don't seem to have much of an effect.
We've done little sales for 5 years now. I don't think we've been on that list anywayI still think that u-he no longer can claim a place on the not-having-sales list.
However. We will not go "they always have half their portfolio on special for 50% off".
But we will also ask for moderate upgrade fees for substantial make over such as Hive 2.0. And that's not even anything new, since it's the same thing that happened form Zebra 1.0 to Zebra 2.0.
Still, our .x updates - which can be substantial as well - will still be free.
I think argumentations like "does paid updates" and "does sales" is a bit black and white. We're exploring some shade in-between which we can place in harmony with our conscience.
