I'm doing a fresh install on a new Windows 10 machine and the authorisation is not working on the new versions. 'Click here to paste serial' does nothing. I've tried in Live 10 and a free VST host I downloaded to make sure it wasn't an issue with Live. The other plugins are fine, so definitely something strange going on with these new versions. Anyone else had the issue? (although I guess if you're installing the update over an older version you don't need to re-enter the serial#).sqigls wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2020 4:59 am i noticed Breeze and Precedence updates in my account within the last week, what's changed?

There was a minor adjustment made to random seed behavior to address a report from users.sqigls wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2020 4:59 am i noticed Breeze and Precedence updates in my account within the last week, what's changed?
Hope everyone is staying safe and sound!

Quit your host. Restart your computer can't hurt too -- we've seen weirder things...MikeCallon wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2020 6:26 amI'm doing a fresh install on a new Windows 10 machine and the authorisation is not working on the new versions. then:
Try copy/pasting the SN into a text editor such as an email client etc. Check what you pasted. Did you happen to copy/paste any extra characters like line-breaks, spaces, etc? Recopy ONLY the SN.
Launch the host, load Breeze, SINGLE click on the SN to automatically paste it.
Does it work now?

Many thanks for the quick response - indeed it was the 'copy & paste' from the website. Pasting the serial# into Notepad I can see there's a tab character at the end of what was copied - removing this and pasting from Notepad did the trick in both plugins

I checked the (excellent)manual and the last 30 pages of this thread and didn't find any info on what this switch (in the browser section) do:

Yes, I truly hope Andrew and fam are healthy after this hellacious ordeal first of all. I look forward to new 2CAudio projects and updates as well. We understand it has been a tough time for all companies.

Without owning this reverb, or looking at the manual, but knowing the kinds of options you get in reverb units, this is possible some kind of stereo tool.xx JPRacer xx wrote: Wed Feb 02, 2022 12:50 pm I checked the (excellent)manual and the last 30 pages of this thread and didn't find any info on what this switch (in the browser section) do: Screenshot 2022-02-02 074815.png
Many reverbs use a mono-input, so any panning set in the source signal does not become part of the reverb 'space'. Other reverbs offer things like 'stereo in' and 'true stereo' which behaves like 'dual-mono' (two mono reverbs; one on the left, one on the right). It all depends how the developer has created their reverb network.
So, considering all of that, I would suggest the switch (if it only appears in the preset browser) filters only the reverbs you want to see. I guess, again, when the switch is set to the left, the browser filters presets where the input is summed to mono, and on the right filters those stereo or true-stereo presets. I have no experience with this reverb, but there could well be a switch on the front panel which change the behaviour of your current patch, and this switch setting (in the preset data) is used to do the filtering in the browser.
I have know idea how right or wrong any of my speculation is. But hopefully someone will come and tell me I'm wrong, and then give you the right information.

Hi,
I think the switch refers to this section of the manual:
"Keyword Boolean Mode
Three Keywords are offered for searching. These three Keywords can use either Boolean AND or Boolean OR logic to
determine if a given preset is a match or not. The Boolean Mode switch determines which logic rule is used.
• OR: the left state of the Boolean Mode switch, if ANY of the keywords match, the search is a match
• AND: the right state of the Boolean Mode switch, if ALL of the keywords match, the search is a match
OR will produce more matches than AND. The GUI iconography uses a Venn Diagram to denote these two states";
I recognise it from the Kaleidoscope browser/manual.

And here I was just thinking that it looked like a stereo linked or left/right channel switch

Yes, thank you. You're right. I've read that part before but it seems it didn't register in my brain or something.mrturnip wrote: Thu Feb 03, 2022 2:59 pm Hi,

Hey CinningBao, nice try! (but better luck next time!)

Haha, I've had Breeze for years and always wondered what that switch does!
Also hope the 2C Audio crew is OK, we've heard little from them in the last couple years.

Personally using Precedence and Breeze here on Windows 11. Just purchased them but am having issues with the plugins intermittently not saving the setting I had set in them, primarily when they are linked. Seems to save the settings of the first few instances I load.. then randomly wont save others and resort to default settings.. or a bunch of instances will inherit settings from 1 other instance. Has anyone experienced this? have sent emails to customer support but no reply as yet.
