Okay, thanks for the information. I just hope everything gets back to normal for Uncle E soon.ph0bic wrote: Tue Jul 21, 2020 4:52 pmI can log in and see my orders, but all orders after 2018 are missing from my account. I just bought Carbon - Electra via VSTBUZZ,
received a mail with a discount code for Plugin Boutique to purchase it for free there.
So far so good. But in my account there is only the download-button avaialble,
but not the needed keyfile that is normally shown in the account too...
Now I spent money but running Electra in Demo-Mode...
I already wrote to PB and VSTBUZZ... Waiting for an answer...
EDIT:
Plugin Boutique got back to me:
"Huge apologies that your Carbon Electra Key Licence was unavailable at the time you placed your order. A glitch on our system prevented the licence from automatically being triggered into your user account.
I can confirm that this has now been fixed and your Licence File is now available within your Plugin Boutique User Account."
It works now, problem sorted out.

Plugin Boutique currently has a sale on Freakshow Industries plugins:
https://www.pluginboutique.com/deals/show?sale_id=6839
I highly recommend all 3 of them -- they're very unique, weird, and fun & are well worth the price.

Same here. The most recent orders are from 2018 for me as well. Hopefully they have the other data. Looks like it might be a long road ahead for them.ph0bic wrote: Tue Jul 21, 2020 4:52 pmI can log in and see my orders, but all orders after 2018 are missing from my account. I will still support JRR going forward. Eric's been great in the past and has earned my support (and then some).

Ha, fair enough! For anyone who isn't aware -- Freakshow Industries allows you to "steal" their plugins from their website by paying lower prices (down to $5 I think). So, technically, this isn't really a sale depending on how you look at it. They're definitely worth it at this price if you have the money, though!mgw38 wrote: Wed Jul 22, 2020 6:24 pmI have to admit that I stole those.Smapti wrote: Wed Jul 22, 2020 6:09 pm Plugin Boutique currently has a sale on Freakshow Industries plugins:

The first 2 I bought. The 3rd one I "stole" with the itent to pay for it once I had cash flow. A few months later I got a good job and so I donated back to them the price plus 5%.Smapti wrote: Wed Jul 22, 2020 7:37 pmHa, fair enough! I would recommend that if you "steal" plugins from Freakshow you can always donate back to them the full price to make up for the "theft" when you have better cash flow.

I would NOT buy Cubase directly from Steinberg with Paypal if you want your product immediately. You will NOT immediately receive your confirmation/download. It can take up to 4 days*. So if you're in a rush, I would buy elsewhere. All you're getting, as far as I know, is a product code which you redeem on ELicenser Control Center/Steinberg's actual website since the shop is apparently separate . So I would just buy from another retailer who already has the codes on hand and automatically sends them to you after purchase.e@rs wrote: Sat Jul 18, 2020 6:35 pmThanx for the reply! Everything I've bought from them directly was received immediately. Usually with a "download now" button on the following page after payment is confirmed. Once on getting a grace period update that didn't go through, I did have to wait for support to reply to fix it. Which they did in a reasonable time by issuing a new serial number. Probably less than two days.
The one thing I've found is they never respond to any pre-sale questions.

Definitely no "download now" button for me. They emailed a code which then had to be activated on Elicenser Control Center. It didn't take 4 days, but it is not immediate if immediate is what you need. On the shop checkout, it states:BBFG# wrote: Wed Jul 22, 2020 10:59 pm Everything I've bought from them directly was received immediately. ""Payment and product delivery will be processed immediately and are not subject to any waiting period. After a successful payment authorisation the order is confimed and will be delivered. Digital products will be delivered instantly. Shippable orders will be prepared for shipment.""
The catch is, the payment authorization is subject to up to a 4 day waiting period
