"First Look" series rings a bell?whyterabbyt wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 2:21 pm If they're persistently just posting new threads per youchoob video, you could always ask a moderator to ask them nicely to keep it in one single thread.

May I ask, what was your last comment that made the thread go zippadypop?

In a nutshell I simply informed the OP that he was stealing samples even if they were just "kicks and snares" and suggested he read the KVR rules regarding such behavior.BertKoor wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 7:54 pm May I ask, what was your last comment that made the thread go zippadypop?
I then reported the post where he admitted it and the thread was deleted. I don't know if the OP was suspended or banned.

Are affiliate links a forum no-no or is that only in the Bargains thread? Because there’s some affiliate link action in those posts.Teksonik wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 4:31 pmIs this an example of what you mean ?fese wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 11:44 am Is it just me or has there been an ongoing increase of posts where the posters quite obviously just want to advertise and push their YouTube channels with clickbaity posts,

Good question. The Marketplace rules are clear:
Affiliate links / Referral Links are not acceptable. Any links must be direct and must not contain any marketing or affiliate tracking or redirection.
Anyway that guy's posts are almost all self promoting:

Ah yes, haven't seen Sarah's tips for a while.Gamma-UT wrote: Thu Sep 03, 2020 1:45 pm It's basically what happened with the Sarah Command clickbait threads, which I think finally ran out of steam.
Modern marketing is all about engagement, apparently.
