trager wrote: Mon Nov 23, 2020 7:17 am Uncle E, are you by any chance able to confirm that you won't have a "free JRR Sounds pack when you spend over X" offer nearer Friday? There's a lot that I'm itching to buy but I'm afraid of jumping the gun and missing a freebie. Thanks.
These free items can be combined with automatic in-carts discounts:

https://www.jrrshop.com/daily-deals?dir ... rder=price

Use coupon code "freesphene" to get Audified Sphene LE free with any purchase of $10 or more.
Use coupon code "freejrrsounds" to get JRR Sounds Temper free with any purchase of $100 or more.
Use coupon code "freeroomer" to get NOS Audio Roomer free with any purchase of $200 or more.

We will be adding new JRR Sounds products every day. You can use the "freejrrsounds" coupon multiple times. We'll also be adding a nice synth for free on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to it.

Is the "Bitwig 3 upgrade" on your site actually Bitwig's annual "Upgrade plan" and so could potentially include Bitwig 4? Secondly, when does this sale go on to? Is it 10th January? thanks
Yes, that is correct. It ends January 9.

Synapse is doing a sale on The Legend and Dune 3

$59 and $119 respectively.

That’s a great deal on the Legend.Fabulous synth.

Anyone not too impressed with many of these Black Friday deals? They're mere rebranding of standard discounts a lot of these developers have throughout the year. Although there's some developers who only have sales once a year, on Black Friday, which at least makes it a bit more special ;)

Too early to call really. Some discounts don’t appear until closer to Cyber Monday. I’ve already spent £100 on stuff so appreciate the hypocrisy when I say it’s a good idea to keep your powder dry for the end of the sale period.
Not least because a lot of sellers see the BF period as a notable percentage of their annual income so if they’re not selling enough units they may rejig. Or they’ll save it for a Christmas or New Year deal.

I think maybe the market, including discount options, are at saturation point. How low can they go? And as you say, we've seen lots of discounts throughout the year, which is probably a healthier state of affairs, rather than waiting around all year for one week in November. And it may be the case that you have pretty much everything you need or have ever wanted. At least mostly, as there's always a bit of room for a bit more GAS

I’m sitting here patting myself on the back for not going crazy and I’ve already forked out for a Studio One upgrade, Indiependent SDX, Wavesfactory Trackspacer and Mute Trumpet. It’s still only the Monday before Black Friday. :dog:

erikgyle wrote: Mon Nov 23, 2020 6:57 am Looks like Presonus is only discounting StudioOne by 30% instead of the usual 50. Sure, it's a recent release, but how many copies can they expect to move when the bulk of the new features center around live performance in a year when nobody performs live?
I think people just really love Studio One. It's by far our best selling DAW. Personally, I'm still on 4 because it already does everything I need.

The plugins are 50% off.
I'm one of those who really love Studio One.
I'm not excited by S1 5 (compared to v4), but was still considering upgrading for $75, thinking about future version 5 upgrades, but no way I'm forking out $100. I guess Presonus helped me save $75 this BF. :D

I took the punt on S1 v5 mainly for the better Melodyne 5 integration, but also in the hope they add something more substantial later. I also like seeing incremental improvements rolling in over time.

Has anyone bought AAS Modeling Collection from JRRshop recently/during the current sale?

The product page https://www.jrrshop.com/aas-applied-aco ... collection lists old versions of some plugins, but according to AAS's website/some other resellers, the current Modeling Collection should include all the latest versions (e.g. Chromaphone 3, etc.).

My guess is that JRRshop's page is just out of date and the license they'd deliver would get you all the latest stuff when entered on AAS's website. But hoping to get confirmation before buying :)

Cheers!
