Well cross my fingers for you.
No luck.

IK Multimedia have changed their minds: ''Further investigation of your Modo Drum license shows your have Modo Drum SE prior to the new kits which were added. These kits are not available for your current license. They will need to be purchased.''

Oh well!
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

hello I was wondering if anyone has had experience buying Korg software on sale and if/when they will go on sale this year?
I'm looking at the complete bundle but $400 is a little high for me right now.if anyone has any info that would be greatly appreciated or any info if they do a student discount.

They've been on sale in both 2020 and 2021. On BF they are 40% to 50% off.

LoveEnigma18 wrote: Thu Feb 17, 2022 10:09 am Earlier Waves used to have even 80% off bundles and upgrades, but these days it seems the best discount is 60% off and that too only once or twice a year.
That’s happening with many companies. They’re not raising their prices, they’re just not discounting as much as they used to.
Guess Covid19 pandemic has a lot to do with it and of course the ever increasing competition.
I did a Google Trends search earlier this year to figure out how many people search for DAWs to see which one was most popular, but what caught my eye most was that the trend was upward til about 2010 and then downwards after that, with a blip in 2020. Maybe younger people aren't as interested any more?

A little late, however this reminded me of an article Russ Hughes had recently on Production Expert about the future of the DAW that was an interesting viewpoint.

If you wouldn't mind, could you please PM your ticket # and any other relevant info to me? Thank you.

If you buy the Korg M1 Le cheaply, you can upgrade from that to the bundle at a discount and the Upgrade is also on sale with the full version.
$200 for the upgrade the last time I checked the sale.
You can get M1 Le free with Korg controllers and keyboards costing as little as ~$50.
They come with a bundle of software, so if you sell the hardware as new and one of the other licences in the bundle you'd get M1 Le for free or better.

Plugin Alliance, Refx (Nexus), and Universal Audio did the same. They blocked all sales to Russia and Belarus and some even blocked their IPs. Who's next?

Next Wednesday, March 16, all online store proceeds at Universal Audio will be donated to humanitarian relief efforts for the Ukrainian people.
If you plan on purchasing your first Universal Audio hardware, you can get a free additional plugin. Just send a PM.

It's a private company and they can do what they wish. I see nothing wrong with a company choosing a side on an issue. It's risky for them to do so because it could mean a loss in sales, or it could increase them but there are no guarantees.

The Universal Audio guy on the UAD forum just said that they are planning special discounts.

Haven't all the major payment processors already blocked access to Russian citizens? Can anyone there even buy plugins right now?
