Try this: imagine that you PayPal-ed me me $30 on Friday for a bottle of wine that I'm selling. By Wednesday I haven't yet given you the wine, although you have asked for it a couple of times already. How do you feel? Would it be ok for you to ask me "where the f is my wine"? (because you have bought wine from me before, and you know I have it)ROTMetro wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 8:09 pmWow, your kind of a garbage person aren't you? You've done 40 purchases with the company, so you know it's some kind of mistake, yet you swear at the customer service person who is not personally responsible for your issue nor your punching bag because you aren't adult enough to either handle frustration, lack of instant gratification, or maybe both?Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:04 pm I need some feedback on cancelling a Paypal payment to Plugin Alliance. I ordered 808 Studio last Saturday. I got the usual invoice instantly but no download instructions at all. I've made 40 purchases from them over the years so I waited a few days and then contacted Cust Support on Monday. No response , so I filled out another ticket on Wed. After not hearing back I Contacted Sales Support and asked in the form, "Where the "f--k"is my product". Mikey in sales responded right away to insist that I wouldnt be helped until I submit a 4th ticket with no profanity. I responded that I wouldnt do this..just send me the link to get the product. I got a quick response that the ticket was closed.
I've never stopped a payment via Paypal before..is it as easy as filling out the form in the resolution center at their site. What should I know? Its only $29
If I was PA I would suspend the account of someone being needlessly rude to my co-workers. I hope your accounts get suspended at PA and Paypal for your behavior.
Anyways, let's talk about iLok and WUP instead...
