I got the usual invoice instantly but no download instructions at all. I've made 40 purchases from them over the years so I waited a few days and then contacted Cust Support on Monday. No response , so I filled out another ticket on Wed. After not hearing back I Contacted Sales Support and asked in the form, "Where the "f--k"is my product". Mikey in sales responded right away to insist that I wouldnt be helped until I submit a 4th ticket with no profanity. I responded that I wouldnt do this..just send me the link to get the product. I got a quick response that the ticket was closed.

I've never stopped a payment via Paypal before..is it as easy as filling out the form in the resolution center at their site. What should I know? Its only $29
Wow, your kind of a garbage person aren't you? You've done 40 purchases with the company, so you know it's some kind of mistake, yet you swear at the customer service person who is not personally responsible for your issue nor your punching bag because you aren't adult enough to either handle frustration, lack of instant gratification, or maybe both?

If I was PA I would suspend the account of someone being needlessly rude to my co-workers. I hope your accounts get suspended at PA and Paypal for your behavior.
Try this: imagine that you PayPal-ed me me $30 on Friday for a bottle of wine that I'm selling. By Wednesday I haven't yet given you the wine, although you have asked for it a couple of times already. How do you feel? Would it be ok for you to ask me "where the f is my wine"? (because you have bought wine from me before, and you know I have it)

Anyways, let's talk about iLok and WUP instead...

The response from ROTMetro is goofy and should be ignored.

Personally , I'm not big on rudeness or cursing but as I explained to PA, people do this when theyre ignored. Doesnt make it right but that was the first time they responded after 5 days. They could have just sent me the download link but instead they're expecting contrition by insisting I do a 4th Cust Serv request. 808 Studio 2 is $49 at Initial Audio site , I'll pay the extra $20. Anyway I contacted Paypal so thanks for the responses

Justify your abusive behavior to yourself all you want. The fact that you posted your behavior unashamedly here shows the type of person you are to the world and your position on rudeness and cursing. The fact that you continue to defend it after being called out both by PA and now me shows the type of self reflection you have.

They weren't asking for contrition, it's called not subjecting other human beings who are just doing their jobs to your abuse. But hey, keep proudly demonstrating your character by calling my positions against abusing service industry workers goofy. At some point I hope you will come to feel that real men don't take out their frustrations on others. Until then, I hope your access to abuse people is taken away, in this case, your PA and Paypal accounts getting canceled.

My country has very few taboo words - certainly f**k isnt one of them. Mostly our taboo words are to do with vilification rather than, say, body parts of sexual activity lol

If I order a delivery, do I curse out the delivery guy when it's late? No, no I don't. Stuff happens, I don't have energy to waste on petty things, especially wasting energy attacking someone just doing a job. I'm and grown adult, and I try to deal with my frustrations like a man, not a man child.

Good for your country. Not all are like that, language has meaning, and words convey things. In this case dude was told that what he wrote was offense to the person whose job it was to help him. Do you intentionally offend people if they let you know what you are doing is offending them? Or do you like OP not only refuse to change your offensive behavior, but then brag about it on the internet? Especially with language that in THEIR CULTURE IS VERY MUCH meant as an aggressive and hostile statement and when you admit you added it out of anger/frustration?

what I tend to do is block people like you

Guys, it would kind of suck for this thread to get locked right before Black Friday. This argument is OT, can we move on?

Post

I agree with Uncle E. I got the answers I sought. To ROTMetro: you called me a "garbage person". You wouldnt do this if we were face to face. You seem to lack a sense of proportion. I'll block you going forward. I know I wont be missing anything worthwhile.

As Uncle E is suggesting we should let this conversation go.

Just curious if there are any resellers who carry the Autotune Pro X upgrade. The 175$ upgrade price at Antares is a bit hefty.

Ah, we should end the discussion, but not before you get in a personal threat. Classy. I always call out abuse against service workers in person.

My point is made. Yes, let's get back to the topic.

Did the mods leave kvr completely? I've seen a lot of unchecked hostility and dustups lately..

Use the ignore feature and move on is what I do.

Wishing you all a 'safe' Black November.
Try and save some for the holiday season.
