Mac only! A few months ago I did what you did and checked the site for random sales, it was $9 then too and I was going to buy it before realising it was Mac only.. bummer as looked like a good quick solution.Nspace wrote: Tue Nov 15, 2022 5:49 amFueled by your post went to check what Audified may have as an unexpected BF opportunity. RecALL https://shop.audified.com/products/recall for $9 looks like a nice tool to have. At least for those hurried moments as its marketing underlines, plus I might find another uses for it. After all, I love those per track led meters (that I don't own in hardware) and it actually records performances...Uncle E wrote: Mon Nov 14, 2022 6:40 pm Up to 90% off Audified, including ToneSpot Express plugins for $9 each or all 5 for $29:

However only the MAC logo is shown with OS details, so no Windows functionality?

I missed trigger 2 platinum last BF, been holding out on it thinking it would show up on sale today based on previous years’ trends. Could be mistaken though. Any predictions on when and if it will show up on sale again this year?

You're talking about Slate, right? I think their holiday season sale started early December last year. It could be earlier this year since Black Friday is earlier.Dumbquestions wrote: Tue Nov 15, 2022 3:45 pm I missed trigger 2 platinum last BF, been holding out on it thinking it would show up on sale today based on previous years’ trends. I've seen it for $49 the past few years. It was on sale this year for that price at the end of May, too.

Yeah I also missed the May sale as I just recently found out how to integrate trigger in my projects, so it’s a more recent need for me. I also saw that email, guess I just didn’t know what to expect this year since they were recently acquired by Audiotronix. Don’t know if that changes up what their normal sales pattern looks like. Hoping they don’t limit their BF specials to nothing but “all access” or subscription-tailored deals, since I really only need Trigger from them. Fingers crossedtelecharge wrote: Tue Nov 15, 2022 4:30 pmDumbquestions wrote: Tue Nov 15, 2022 3:45 pm I missed trigger 2 platinum last BF, been holding out on it thinking it would show up on sale today based on previous years’ trends. Samplitude Pro X7 Suite
https://www.magix.com/gb/music/samplitu ... /#c1574970
Can the included Steinberg SpectraLayers and Sound Forge Pro 15 be used standalone?
Upgrades £109, seems like a good buy, any thoughts?
Cheers.

Hello all, I own XLN AD2 and EZdrummer with many different sound packs... also Slate drums. I love all three. Can anyone tell me whether BFD3 is something I want to add to this? Does it do something I may be missing with the other ones? Thanks in advance.

How good is BFD 3? I have NI's Komplete 13 ultimate drums. Is BFD 3 better?
I'm looking for something that will give me a huge drum kit for prog rock/metal, but also have the ability for something more simple.

BFD3 is incredibly detailed and deep sampled. You have the choice of a light (less storage space) or full installation. You can get realistic drums indifferentiable from a live drummer but you must program them (or use existing grooves) which takes skill.3ptguitarist wrote: Tue Nov 15, 2022 7:23 pm How good is BFD 3? There are complete mixing tools within BFD because you have the full choice of microphone placements. Each kit has its own set of mics, which may be different (e.g., vintage kits have era-appropriate mic configs). Mixing drums is a skill.
With that said, there are preset kits so you don't need to do any of that. Or use them as starting points.
