New installation Waveform 13 Free on Windows 11

New installation puts built-in VSTs in folders that haven't existed since Windows 10 came out: Documents and Settings and the like.
So there is nothing with my installation. No instruments, no effects because it look sin non-existent folders. Without complaint, I might add.
Had a look at ..AppData\Roaming\Tracktion. The Content folder is empty.

EDIT: The browser knows about them. It is the Caverns demo song that can't find them.
