What’s so shocking about it? The deal didn’t go through, nobody lost or gained anything. At the same time, the person didn’t pay a cent and still left a review. LMFO, nothing more.

My PayPal doesn’t work with the US and Asia. We tried using TransferWise, but the person couldn’t top up their Wise account — their bank in Thailand doesn’t work with Wise.

It's up to you how you want to conduct things. But if you want to say "trust me, bro, I'm good for it", it is generally a good idea to build trust first rather than pull some stunts and then bellyache when someone posts about it in the <checks notes> feedback thread.

The guy wanted Reason 11, I transferred Reason 12 to him. He said he didn’t need Reason 12 and made the transfer back. Fine, if he doesn’t want Reason 12, that’s his choice — but is that really a reason to go and write a thousand words about me? He didn’t pay for the transfer, he didn’t lose anything, and neither did I. People like that do nothing but make me smile.

In reference to Diablo, I think it was an error on their end. Some people in the stream mentioned it, but they never got a response due to the chat moving fast.

Update - I just got an update from cymatics. They have updated the links and Diablo is now free as well.

Just use a different email address and sign up again, they give you a code to use maybe that can be used in your other account. Or else just purchase it with the new account.

Can you briefly explain what this is? They gave a link out during a livestream with DRM-free versions of three of their plugins? I'm assuming the download links are temporary and there's no way to tie it to an account, right? Just trying to understand in case I need to download these in the future.

I don't know much. I was just alerted to the link on the cymatics home page. I did not watch any videos or live streams. But I was able to successfully download and install all 3 plugins. None required authorization codes (typically they do). I think your assumption is correct - they do not appear to be linked to my cymatics account. They probably are temporary downloads. Also they seem to be stand alone, one time offers. I doubt there will be any updates. But for my purposes they work great - especially Diablo

I agree about Diablo, I've only used the free Lite version but I really liked its sound.

Not sure if it's just me, but just as a heads up: Diablo crashes Cubase 12 (PC) for me if I move the Sizzle or Width knobs. It becomes glitchy just by moving them, but quick movements will crash the program completely.

I know Korg M1 is a super iconical gear, but Is it worth buying if I have the Arturia V Collection 8? I have a few synths that I don’t use actually (like Massive, Massive X, Ik Multimedia Synths).
