While I agree Rumble's price is too high at even US$99, I also think three things need to be addressed:
1) It looks like only one sound effect is available per band. There should be a way to stack multiple effects per band.
2) Attaching and detaching modulators needs visual improvements. In testing Rumble, if multiple modulators were attached to a band, it wasn't clear to me which specific ones I was detaching when I did so with an option-click in Mac.
3) The scrollable matrix setup is really clunky compared to other synths.
These are pretty basic problems, in my opinion."

"Why do you need more effects? You use it in a DAW, you can stack as many effects on it as you like. Your problem is you watch too many YouTube videos made by clueless idiots. Seriously, I've watched so many YouTube tutorials on how to make Reese basses or Neurobass patches and they are, without exception, the dumbest f**king things you're ever likely to see. They keep adding layer after layer of the same effects when all they really need to do is go back and play with the settings on the first one they applied. If you can't make the sound you need with the tools available in Rumble, I think that's down to your skill level. Trust me, stacking more and more effects, one on top of another, isn't the way to do this stuff. Going through the factory patches should tell you that.
"Attaching"? Do you mean "assigning modulation"? I don't really see how it could be any easier. OK, removing modulation may not seem obvious but once you know how it's done, it's actually really clever - just set the value to zero and it's gone.
Why do you need the mod matrix at all? I opened it once to see what it looked like and haven't gone near it since. If I need to add or adjust modulation, I do it from the main GUI. Looking at it again now, though, I think the way they've done it is actually pretty cool. It is a proper Matrix, not just a random, disordered list. I wish more MMs were like this. It might be slightly more useful if it opened in its own window, maybe like the patch browser, but that's about the only improvement I can see that it might need."

I followed that whole thread and its descent into negativity. In my opinion, BONES was the one primarily responsible for that. Whether or not it's a suspendible offense is for the Mods to decide, but lets not pretend like BONES wasn't stirring the pot.
It's incredibly easy to be diplomatic. If someone chooses not to be, and there are consequences, then that's on them.
