Link plug in parameters and export as a new VST/VSTi with a custom GUI?

I was just wondering if there is a program that will let me load more than one VST Plug in (and or VSTi's) and link certain parameter's together

i.e. (1) - load a guitar driver plug in and a pitch shifter and link the drive knob to the pitch down knob and export it as a new plug in so on a vocal when i lower the pitch it also distorts for a "Demonic" sound?

i.e. (2)- load a custom VSTi i mad and link the gain to a tape saturation so the louder i make the sound the more saturation is induced.

ect...

im on windows 7 but i have an old mac G4 i could use if there is a mac software that does this
