Hi, have you ever noticed that the range of channels is "(1-16)", and not "(0-16)"?

No clue what Blue Cat plugins do in particular, but maybe 0 means 'all channels'?

Yes, 0 is indeed for "MIDI omni":
User Manual wrote: Channel: MIDI Channel for the parameter control. If set to 0, the plug-ins will accept Control Change Messages from all MIDI Channels (MIDI Omni mode).
