I bought the software just over a month ago and installed it only on this PC. I did a full reset of the PC and reloaded everything from scratch. I could not have possibly used 3 activations already, only one unless maybe iLok counts, but that would still be just 2. 3 if this activation had worked.
Is this a known issue? Is there an easy fix short of waiting for an email response?
