Anywhere on the Internet a collective effort to reverse-engineer different controller's scripting specifications?

Generally, integrations in DAWs are quite lacking, and no controller manufacturer has shown interest in democratizing their integration by publishing the information required to write your own scripts.

However, based on monitoring the MIDI communication and looking at existent scripts it might be possible to reverse-engineer those specs and then dig your own script hole.

F.ex. my AKAI MPK249 has 8 year old Bitwig integration scripts, and AKAI has practically abandoned all software development for their MPK2 series right on their launch. It'd be super to get improved integration to Bitwig with that controller. It's an awesome controller, and would be even more awesome if AKAI would pay any attention to it.

Does anyone know any effort anywhere on the Internet where this kind of information would be collectively gathered to make everyone's lives a bit better?
