Just a quick heads-up. This might be old-hat to everyone but it was new to me a few days ago.

These guys from Native Instruments have been working on a new programming language for Audio that works cross-platform. It is open source with a fairly liberal license.

They have it to the point of being able to generate CLAP, VST or AU plugins somewhat automatically. I noticed in one of their videos they were using Bitwig to try it.

It will even generate WASM versions of synths and effects with user interfaces.

There is a very cool sample of an old shipping Native Instruments Prophet V emulation that they have converted to CMajor, and you can run it in the browser. It's pretty cool.

They are asking for DAW manufacturers to work with them to provide native support for their language. It could really be something.
