GSi has released Genuine Sounds Vol. I - Piano Edition, a new sample-based virtual instrument featuring a collection of acoustic and electric piano samples that GSi has been producing in the last two years using a custom-built robot and its dedicated audio editing software.
The new instrument is based on a proprietary format called WLF, acronym for Wavetable Linear Format, developed by GSi during 2021 and aimed at the efficient playback of big samples using the DFD (direct-from-disc) technique providing fast loading times and low RAM usage.
Genuine Sounds Vol. I is available as standalone and plugin for Windows, Mac OS and iPad.
