J74 has updated the Max for Live device Progressive to version 1.1, which provides new functionality for chord progression editing (chords in the progression can be set to be triads, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th chords) and provides state saving in Ableton Live projects and presets.
J74 also recently updated StepSequencer64 Groove Box, a collection of Max for Live devices for creative beat making and improvisation in Ableton Live, to version 1.2.1.
New functionality:
- MIDI Clip export: export creations as Ableton Live native MIDI clips.
- Swing, groove and velocity dynamics: add human feel to patterns.
- Polyrhythmics: drum patterns can have now variable length (form 1 to 16 steps).
