killihu has released Notes-Ki for Ableton Live, an advanced text and image note system with a quick search browser.
Main features:
- 3 types of notes: Text, Checklist and Image. Can be used for simple info notes, reminders of things to do, or screenshots of external hardware.
- When using Image notes, clicking on the image opens it with the default image viewer of the operating system.
- Images can be automatically saved to the project folder.
- It is possible to set the color of each note and it will be displayed in the browser as well. This way a color system can be created based on the importance or purpose of each note.
- Clicking on the browser list automatically displays the track where the note is located and puts the focus on it. Scrolling the track's effects chain left or right so that the note is visible.
