
KV331 has updated SynthMaster 3 to version 3.0.3:
The new features in this update are:
- Added support to read samples from FLAC files.
- Single samples can now be loaded into basic oscillators.
- sfz files can now be imported into basic oscillators via drag-n-drop.
- SynthMaster 3 displays progress bar while loading/importing sfz files.
- SynthMaster One factory presets are now available as an expansion download.
- There are also critical bug fixes in this update:
- SynthMaster 3 crashes when FLAC files are dragged and dropped on to sample/waveform views.
- When a random preset is loaded, the selected preset in presets list is not updated.
- Waveform and Sample databases are rebuilt whenever revision number increases causing a delay during initialization.
- SynthMaster 3 throws Missing Waveform errors for some SynthMaster 2 presets when SynthMaster 2 is not installed on user machine.
- SynthMaster 3 might hang Cubase DAW when running for the first time.
- SynthMaster 3 doesn't display the name of the loaded preset correctly, instead displays "New Preset" (Issue #96191).
- Global A4 tuning parameter is not in the correct range (should be between 420-460 Hz, but was in between 430-450 Hz).
- Editing the distortion curve generates extremely loud clicks (Issue #96259).
- When loading SynthMaster One presets, layer bypass/solo parameters are not reset (Issue #96233).
- SynthMaster 3 crashes when switching from Granular to Wavetable oscillator.
- Left/Right arrows and mouse scroll wheel doesn't work correctly for Sample view control.
- Quick sort algorithm on waveforms and samples might cause crashes due to stack overflow errors.
