New Audio Technology has announced the release of updates for their entire product range.
Spatial Audio Designer and Spatial Sound Card are now equipped with several new virtual studios and new room tunings. Furthermore, Spatial Audio Designer offers a lot of new channel presets. Beside others available are the new IMAX 12.0 allocation, Dolby defines Atmos home allocations, which was already available in SAD, and now presets with complete low layers, so three layers in total, plus top channel, are available like 17.1 and 24.2.
The user manuals have been updated too.
The Mac OS X version of Spatial Audio Designer also received a completely new automation engine. Besides a Logic AU bug which is fixed now, any automation with the RTAS and VST versions now requires less CPU power.
