Orange Tree Samples releases "Evolution Infinity" for Kontakt Player with Intro Offer
Orange Tree Samples has released Evolution Infinity, a retro '80s electric guitar sample library powered by Native Instruments' Kontakt Player.
Evolution Infinity is designed to produce clean chorus tones and distorted leads. A product of the '80s, the guitar sampled for the library includes a sustainer pickup which allows notes to ring indefinitely. The sustainer pickup adds options for effects that aren't obtainable with an ordinary guitar. For example, chords can be held in conjunction with the volume pedal to create organic pad-like swells. In high-gain lead guitar sounds, the sustainer pickup sometimes causes harmonics to ring, almost like feedback from the guitar amp.
The library also includes everything from pinch harmonics and tapping to pick slides and other performance effects. The legato articulations were recorded with four round-robin for ample variation when playing fast trills.
Key features:
- Approximately 8,000 samples totaling 5.79 GB of uncompressed samples.
- Articulations such as sustains, palm mutes, mutes, natural harmonics, squeals, and tapping, plus special effects like string slaps, chugs, pick scrapes, and others.
- Articulations affected by sustainer pickup seamlessly looped for endless sustain.
- Legato samples for slides, hammer-ons, and pull-offs.
- Built-in strum pattern editor for rhythm tracks.
- Adjustable pick position using our proprietary physical modeling technology.
Price: $179. There is an introductory price of $139 until December 1st, 2017. Evolution Infinity is powered by the free Kontakt Player.
