THEPHONOLOOP has updated Tapes.01 to version 1.6.1.
Here's what's new:
- User Samples Time Stretch: It's possible now to time-stretch user samples, which is really useful in poly, mono, and legato mode.
- Synced Swarm Mode: This feature turned out even better than we initially thought. It's now possible to set swarm speed to note divisions instead of milliseconds, completely changing the character of swarm mode.
- New LFO Shapes & Flicker Parameter: There are four new nature-inspired shapes for the LFOs: walk, pulse, fin, and tide. There's also a new parameter available for each LFO shape - flicker. You can use it to destabilize its output; in some cases, it can even sound like distortion (e.g. when assigned to filter's cutoff and / or source volume).
- Assigning Macros to CC A or CC B Directly from the Interface: A simple but useful new addition allows you to quickly map each of the four macros to either CC A or CC B and save that mapping in snapshot for future use.
- 100 New Snapshots: New snapshots so you can quickly check out the new functions. Plus, it's always nice to have new presets to dive into.
