We spent two full days at a wonderful little studio called altamira sound in la, capturing a variety of Kirsten's (our co-founder) personal, evolving, expressive solo voice textures which she often uses in her own work.

SAD + EXPRESSIVE

We captured sounds that stayed true to Kirsten's artistic voice as a singer/composer, sounds that feel at home in cinematic soundscapes.

we took these recordings and made them into playable expressive textures that inspire when playing, as much as they did when we recorded them.

the result is a very personal and expressive instrument that adds a delicately powerful depth to music, and brings it to life in an organic way.
