SOLO Trumpetissimo

SOLO Trumpetissimo set consists of three instruments – Trumpet I, Trumpet II, Trumpet III, Flugelhorn and SOLO Bass Trumpet for the full version of Kontakt. They were recorded using two microphones, each having a different focus. Mic A was a large diaphragm cardioid type, and mic B used a figure eight pattern. The combined difference in timbre created a unique and complementary end product. The method used, also makes it possible to adjust the balance between the mics.
These instruments each include a complete set of articulations typically used in jazz, pop and classical music, making composing with them a breeze.
