Swirly Drums is a virtual drum kit played with brushes, for two platforms: Plogue Sforzando and NI Kontakt. The kit gets its name from the playable, flexible snare swirls which can be used at any conventional tempo, but it also includes several other unusual features. One is some kit pieces very rare in brushed kits - a darbouka, djembe, bongos and cowbell (all hit with brushes), a China crash, a broken crash, a cracked splash, and a cajon being played with a kick pedal. Another uncommon feature is performance noises - kick and hi-hat pedal noises, plus the noise of the brush being picked up from the snare head.
Swirly Drums contains over 4500 WAV samples taking up 1.7 GB of diskspace, SFZ mappings and a bank for Plogue Sforzando.
