Crappy support.

Tried to acquire a SynthMaster license second hand. Paid the seller and he contacted KV331 transfer the license. A week went by - with no response from KV331. Had to cancel the deal. The seller did what he could, but KV331 just did not respond. Never getting any of their products.

Sorry that you had this issue. I've had good experiences with KV331 myself. They have a lot of sales, if you sign up for their newsletter or follow them on social media you can save money that way. Buying used software from third party sellers is kind of hit-and-miss IME. I'd be hesitant to formulate your opinions on a company based on your experiences with a third party seller.

I don't think the licenses are transferable. Synthmaster is a really nice synth, never had any problems with mine.

Synthmaster 2.8 Doesn't Even Load On Windows 7 x64 Ableton Live 9.6.1

Uinstalled Synthmater from Control Panel
Deleted Documents/Synthmaster
Deleted Documents/Synthmater27temp
Deleted Program files/VstPlugins/Kv331 Audio (my custom location for Synthmater 2.8)
Deleted Program Files (x86)/VstPlugins/Kv331 Audio (my custom location for Synthmater 2.8)

Fresh install.

Copied My personal License File to Documents/Synthmaster.

Emtpy project, added Synthmater 2.8 to a new MIDI track. . .

not sure if this is where i report a bug, but in reason 9.5 I'm using synth master one, and when i open the plugin to modify an FM patch I'm making the semitones and octave changes when ever i close and reopen the plugin.

each time i close and re open the semitones are set to 11 and the pitch octaves are at -3.
