Looking good there. I might revisit them again now.

Considering the power and anti capitalist price tag of Barricade this bus should be very nice :) ! Barricade made most limiters useless for me mad props for this developer :) ! :wheee:

Post

ahh... a bit disappointed by TimeMachine. :(

the new features are cool'n'all but it has latency and no mix knob... I always use it in parallel and now I can't...

If it gets a wet/dry mix would be really awesome!

Being a Barricade fan, I tried the Bus Comp and I don't really like it all that much. Hm.

The GUI update is great, looking a lot less "shareware" now.
However, the knobs have some sort of reflection in the top left quarter, that makes it very hard to see the light green of the value circle underneath it. Those circular value displays need a lot more contrast.

Still, gave the Flex another try and I'm glad to say I finally "got" it. So I got it. :tu:

TB ReelBus 3 is simply  !

I can't believe how good it sounds now + how little CPU it uses!

Great update, really happy about this!

added: yep, some modes sounded "plastiky" ... not anymore!

Thanks to the tone emphasis, I can easily do my favorite tape "hysteresis" sound... try on shaker drum loops or vocals with esses...

I'll post an example so you can hear what I'm talking about! :D

I love the Toneboosters plugins...

Very under rated

No auto tune...

Driven the plug harder to get a more noticeable effect...

So, when I use TB ReelBus this way, I intend to saturate-compress + get that spectrum full of "body" noise... really helps glue "focused" frequency areas like shakers or vocal esses, or anything else with a small spectrum range... depends on what sound you're looking for of course and not a solution for everyone.

Nice!!!
Mainly a Barricade & FlX4 user here.
Great to be able to manually enter values now.

I like the new Bus Comp, kinda like a C1-ish type affair, will have to add an down expander after it if I do upward compression (I will!). Probably just chuck Ozone5 expander after it to kill the noise floor. Sounds nice so far kinda like my old RG...doing more testing in the lab.

Thanks for the update. :tu:

I just happened to checked the site today and bought the buscomp without demoing it. :hail:

Oh cool, I have reelbus!

I'm missing TB Module and TimeMachine is now payware. :(

yeah, what happened to module ? I like that plug in a lot ...

It was one of the best from TrackEssentials. Hope, that will be updated and available as separate plugin.

BTW: I don't know if it's a bug, but I can use TimeMachine Free reg file for new TimeMachine v. 3.0.0.

Amazing...i like this company a lot
