Yeah me too. Paying via credit card failed two times. Now the money is two times blocked on my account, but no Omnisphere 3

I also had a problem with cc paying. Complained about my address not matching. After 4 attempts, eventually paid with Paypal.

Not sure if someone commented on this, but I have downloaded more than once in the past and I can still see the download option available. Looks like it is more of a disclaimer to ensure people have backup and not be dependent on their servers to potentially avoid high number of downloads.

How did you receive the Omnisphere upgrade? I paid via CC and also ran into the address mismatch errors. After a dozen attempts it started working, but now I'm without instructions... Still waiting on a reply from support on where my upgrade is.

There’s a lock menu where you can choose which parameters to exclude from being mutated

Oh that's a surprise, I couldn't find that in the manual anywhere.

Quick correction to my earlier comment. The lock menu doesn’t actually affect the Mutation feature. It’s the same one from Omnisphere 2, just for browsing presets while keeping certain sections locked.

Bit of a bummer, honestly. Would’ve been great if we could lock elements during mutation too. The feature itself is generating good results and sound variations, but without selective control, it feels extremely limited for deeper sound design.

After choosing Paypal and paying you get an install file to download and run.

My CC company processed pending refunds for the pending payments. Check yours.

is it possible to bypass the Reverb (only the Reverb) and lock that, so it´s fixed while browsing sounds ?

I don't think Sound Lock's behaviour has changed since Omni 2.0. So you can lock all the effects and keep browsing, but not an individual effect AFAIK.

I´ll do a feature request once i have my V2 with a sticker "contact techsupport" alive and running.
A Reverb within a Synth *has* to deliver a "bypass Reverb" functionality. ymmv
my usecase: dynamic EQing past the synth,....plus creative FXing......then Reverb

I don't think Sound Lock's behaviour has changed since Omni 2.0. So you can lock all the effects and keep browsing, but not an individual effect AFAIK.

If I understand you correctly, the reverbs can of course be individually bypassed, but what you would like is a way to lock just the reverb while browsing, that's a different thing altogether.

3 cards, each tried twice, all six attempts failed. On PP, seemed ok initially, but still no email from Spectrasonics or pending payment showing at PP.

I also had trouble with the purchase, company CC just didn't work either directly or through Paypal, and my personal CC didn't work either. Finally I was able to make the purchase with my personal PP account. Usually these things just work (and have worked fine when I have previously purchased stuff from Spectrasonic's webshop), no idea why it was so difficult this time.

Anyways, Omni 3 installed, loving it so far!

I refuse to pay with PP in foreign currency, since they give me a worse exchange rate. But now I had the "golden idea" to pay with PP via my cc, because I can pay also in Dollar directly there. It worked!
