BigRock not recalling presets in Kore 2 and Cubase

I made a template for BigRock to use in Kore 2 and it seems to map fine to params but when I try and save presets they always revert to the default. If it won't save correctly in Kore 2 I wonder if there are similar problems in other hosts as basically this should be the same as recalling preset used in any project.

I think I wasn't quite clear enough - what I meant was when I try and save any preset as a Koresound they always reopen as the default sound, not saving a BigRock preset. It's more like saving a project using a particular sound and reopening it to find it has reverted to default (or converting sounds into vst3presets in Cubase which I believe also has the same problem)alex at artsacoustic.com wrote:I am just looking into some of the patch management code. Could you sent me one of the presets you saved to "support at artsacoustic.com"?

Yeah, I just came along with the same issues with
the CL series (already reported to ArtsAcoustic),
both in Cubase (aMUSEd is right about the vst3presets) and Kore2.
I was worried this to be the case in BigRock too, so was holding back
to jump on the christmas special.
But, since Alexander has been timingly responsive,
also some KVR plug-in reviews praised the custumer support,
(I am a new customer, so don't had any experience with it before)
and because one sadly can't test those things (automation, preset saving)
with the demos beforehand,
I'll be now taking the chance, giving ArtsAcoustic a bonus of trust ahead about fixing these issues and jump on the deal.
Cheers

Hi there,
I'm sure you're working hard on this,
but tho I am a patient guy, this silence is killing me.
It wouldn't hurt to let us occasionally know,
that you're still at it.
@aMUSEd: maybe change the thread title, since this is not only related
to Kore - what do you think ?
Cheers

Is the old mailed download link valid for this update? I see it's version 1.0.7...alex at artsacoustic.com wrote:Hello,
please send an email to alexander at artsacoustic.com to receive the download link (just in case: this is only valid for owners of a license).
Links will be sent out in roughly 12 hours.

Hi Stephen,
well, Alex was able to fix it for Cubase with a beta,
but unfortunally there has been left some issue with Kore.
The problem is, that Alex doesn't had Kore or Maschine to test with.
At least he gave it a try, but we lost conversation afterwards.
I think, there hasn't been an offical update released since then until today.

So there's an update now? Would be nice to get some news about this. I can't even see how I'm supposed to download an update?
