4drX has updated VirtualKeyboard to version 1.9.0. This update is free for all licensed users of VirtualKeyboard.
New features:
- AAX support (as an Instrument or a MIDI effect).
- UI presets (switch between different keyboard sizes, key widths and note colors with a single click).

Compatibility with MIDI files with TicksPerQuarterNote other than 960.

Synchronize recordings with the DAW transport when the play button link toggle is enabled.

MIDI unsaved changes (indicated with "(*) " at the end of a MIDI file name) are now saved in your DAW project.

If the link toggle next to the key signature is disabled, the key signature of a song can be now changed without transposing its notes.
Important changes:
The two included plugins have been renamed but their internal identification codes have been preserved to provide backwards compatibility:
- The VirtualKeyboardSynth plugin has been renamed to VirtualKeyboard.
- The VirtualKeyboard plugin has been renamed to VirtualKeyboardMidi.
Fixes:
- AU MIDI effect restored (Logic Pro).
- DAW no longer freezes occasionally when the transport is stopped.
- Pitch/mod wheel labels' font size adjusted for greater readability.
- Fixed transposition to Cb.
- Wheel and mod sliders don't interrupt notes anymore.
