DUY releases DUY31 plug-in bundle (includes DUY31|graphic, DUY31|analyzer & DUY31|noiser)

DUY Software

DUY has announced the release of DUY31, a suite of three new high-quality plug-ins including:

  • DUY31|graphic: a 31-band graphic EQ equipped with amazing utilities.
  • DUY31|analyzer: a detailed 31-band spectrum analyzer.
  • DUY31|noiser: a white & pink noise generator.

This 3-in-1 product includes practical tools for any professional- or home-studio. The 31-band graphic Equalizer features very precise control over frequency, even allowing for a feedback scan when using the software in live applications. The fader controls in DUY31|graphic can even handle a dynamic range of up to 48 dB (+/- 24dB above/below your 0 dB gain value).

You can use DUY31|graphic together with DUY31|noiser, which will let you calibrate your room or space, insuring that the audible sound in your space is as close as possible to the audio being reproduced by your system. This is extremely useful when used for live applications, or if you have a small home studio with improper acoustic conditions.

Also included in this suite is the DUY31|analyzer, which delivers a visual representation of your signal, "frequencially". This spectrum analyzer also contains some special surprises that DUY has prepared for you: it includes several types of representation of the signal which are most unusual, but extremely helpful for controlling your signal. You can even see the evolution of the spectrum throughout the time domain, for example.

Pricing & Availability

DUY31 is available for Mac OS X in VST, AU, RTAS, TDM and MAS plug-in formats. Until the end of November, 2008, it can be purchased for the introductory price of €250; the price will then increase to €300.
