VB-Audio has released VBAN-Receptor, a simple application to receive and play a VBAN audio stream on your preferred audio device. It supports all audio formats, in any sample rate, from 1 to 8 channels (7.1). The VBAN protocol, designed for Audio Pros and Audiophiles, is a new IP-Based protocol, developed by Vincent Burel, to bring a simple solution to transport HD-Audio over IP on any local network infrastructure.
Voicemeeter implements VBAN functions to send or/and receive audio to/from other computers of a local network. Then Voicemeeter can be used to send audio to VBAN-Receptor. Developed like a "RADIO" transmitter / receiver system, VBAN is very simple to configure and allows you to send one or several streams to one or several or even all computers of the network.
Donationware Licensing Model
