Wave Arts has released Panorama 5 (actually v5.0.8) which completes Power Suite 5, Wave Arts flagship plug-in bundle. All other plug-ins in the bundle have also been updated to v5.0.8.
Power Suite 5 includes:
- TrackPlug: all-in-one channel strip with 10 band EQ, dual compressors, gate, sidechain EQ, brickwall filters, clean/vintage modes, and an peak limiter.
- MasterVerb: multi-algorithm reverb with comprehensive early reflection and dynamics control.
- FinalPlug: mastering limiter/volume maximizer with extensive dither options and a brand new limiting algorithm.
- MultiDynamics: up to 6 bands of dynamics processing.
- Panorama: 3-D virtual acoustics processor with binaural HRTF technology and environment modeling.
Changes in v5.0.8:
- Panorama 5 initial release which includes a new visual interface design, preset control for each section and up to 192K support.
- RTAS versions now report sample latency to Pro Tools.
- Fixed ESC key so that it properly aborts keyboard entry in a text field.
- RTAS plug-ins do not swallow TAB keystrokes (now passed to Pro Tools).
- Importing presets works properly in MasterVerb (Mac).
- Fixed AudioSuite crashes when using mono->stereo configuration.
- Added cancel button to Save As... box on Mac.
- Fixed crash when cycling backwards in push button/menu controls.
All Power Suite 5 plug-ins are available for Windows (DX, VST, RTAS) and Mac OS X (AU, VST, MAS, RTAS). Until the end of the year, Power Suite will be available for the introductory price of $499.95 (regular $599.95) and individual plug-ins for $174.95 (regular $199.95). Demo versions are available.
