Krush is a bitcrusher for Mac OS X and Windows, available in Audio Unit, VST and AAX formats.

A modulation section allows a user to modulate any parameter. The sound palette produced by Krush is intended to range from dirty digital effects to crunchy modulated colors, with all bit-crushing effects in between.

I try every bitcrusher plugin I can get my hands on, and there's something about the sound of Krush that really seduced me immediately. Very clear and detailed - and the variety of bitchrushy sounds it can produce is exhaustive. And this GUI is perfect. Clean, uncluttered and functional. You get immediate and detailed visual feedback as you make changes. I'm excited about this new developer. I haven't bought it yet, but Echorus sounds great too.

This is the best free bitcrusher VST plugin now! It's easy to use with resizable GUI and sounds great. I have older laptop, but CPU is low. I tested this plugin in FL Studio 12, without any problems like freezes or crashes. Tempo synced modulation is also good bonus. Very easy to create effect you want. Really good plugin.

Nifty little plugin... has one of the most perfectly placed functional design aspects - large plugin makers take note - in the way knob color changes according to parameter modulation. Very sharp.
