2B Played Music has announced the release of its new audio effect Filter Friend 2, a plug-in designed to provide you with creative advanced filter effects. They say:
Filter Friend 2 is the successor to its successful predecessor. And what an upgrade. We have added a large number of filter engines with associated Filter types. You can now choose from a Ladder Filter, Diode Filter, Sallen Key Filter or State Variable Filter, and no less than 25 kinds of powerful Filter types. You can choose from 25 different Low Pass, High Pass, Bandpass, Peak, Notch and Band Reject types.
We also gave Filter Friend 2 the ability to customize its signal chain. The EQ and Distortion effect can be placed independently of each other and the filter.
