Cut Through Recordings has announced that EpicPRESS compressor plug-in has received a complete make-over both on the outside and inside, saying:
It will put EpicPRESS in a whole new class of functionality and open up many more possibilities.
Here's what has changed:
- Completely new professionally-designed User Interface.
- Feed-back detection mode.
- Ability to switch between Feed-back and Feed-forward detection modes.
- A user-controllable highpass filter in the detection circuit.
- A drive control modeled after tube distortion.
- Redesigned compression algorithm.
Price: $35.
EpicPRESS is available on Windows, MacOS, and Linux in VST2, VST3, AU, AAX, and LV2 formats.
