Voxengo beta updates

Voxengo have released new beta versions of several of their effects, CurveEQ v2.0f, GlissEQ v2.1c & Elephant v1.4b. Changes below.

CurveEQ v2.0f:

• Minor issues fixed.
• Implemented "mid-side" filtering mode which allows you to equalize mid or side channels independently of each other.
• FXP/FXB preset manager implemented.
• Kernel precision setting added.
• Spectrum capture tool added to the set of tools. The capture
  tool allows you to acquire spectrums from uncompressed WAV files in an efficient manner.

GlissEQ v2.1c:

• A denormal bug in the high-shelf filter was fixed.
• Now bandwidth of both the low-pass and high-pass filters can be adjusted.
• "Mute" switches added for each filter.
• Now you can hold the Shift key to enable a four times more precise movement of the control points.
• Dyn mode 0 implemented. In this mode the dynamic behavior of the filter is completely disabled.
• Filter type switching with the right mouse button now allows selection of the low-pass and high-pass filters.
• Now mouse wheel can be used to control knobs and to adjust the bandwidth of the filters on the control surface.

Elephant v1.4b:

• Minor issues fixed.
• FXP/FXB preset manager implemented.
