I'm curious to know if other users have had to deal with this company's support.
Maybe it's the holidays, but they should at least have some kind of "out of office" reply.
As it is, it's been a week since I first sent them an email, and have received no reply. I re-sent an email this morning. Let's wait and see.
Hopefully, it's not another one of those one trick ponies that go out of business after seeling a few licenses. If so, then let them put the code out there as open source. This should be made into law actually. You sell a software product and go under, then the code should be open sourced in support for all those who purchased it.
