One of my favourite compressor plugins - relatively easy to use and imparts a nice vintage sound to your material. Can absolutely smash drum busses if you need it to.

This is always my final step when mastering songs - brings the levels up and glues everything together without completely crushing your mix, and you can also add some gentle saturation to the highs. I tend to use the simple GUI because it's less visually busy.

I love this plugin!!!! Really amazing!.
I've been used it in my all mixes. It's just perfect. But take care to get the correct version (32 or 64-bits).
Thanks to developer!!.

Best soft-clipper plugin on the planet, no joke. Slick HF limiter. This plugin is priceless. As one of the best compressor/limiter/clipper/ISPLs around, I still can't believe it's free. Don't forget to turn on 4x oversampling.

One of the most useful plugins I have, even over paid for ones. You have to be a bit careful as you can kill a mix with this, but used thoughtfully you can get near pro results. Each individual element is a great tool in itself. Don't expect an instant result with this. You need to get a feel for each element to get the best results. I don't even recommend using the presets. Just feel your way. Maybe start with getting the meters to peak around 2 DB and see where that takes you.

This has awesome presets and came highly recommended & turned out to be a top 3 of my growing list. Its the best Mastering "get the Volume up" Ive ever used! great ..rated 10.
I can't believe this one is not rated yet.
Proximity is an extremely valuable tool for mixing, and not only music, but speech, theatre, FX and everything where you need a bit of hand-crafted realistic impact.
Pros:
• carefully imitates an object getting closer or farther, including absorbing lows and highs, narrowing stereo field and so on
• perfect for fade-ins, whooshes and reversals, as it does much more than just a volume
• invaluable for mixing background music and noises, for very natural fade-outs
• you can select different algos or even turn them off one by one, tweaking the combo to fit your sound best
• easily cuts a "digital sparkle" off a nasty synth or brings the glory of your stereo bongos right upfront.
Cons:
• the author is not praised around for it on every corner.
Once you get to know it and understand what exactly the effect is, this one is superuseful. Writing a music with it is fun, but it certainly shows its full value when one's mixing radio dramas or such — without this tool, the workflow could be so much more clumsy and problematic.
A top notch thing. A must have for everyone related to sound production.
