Lurker Plugins has released the Cave Echo VST Effect plugin for Windows.
Cave Echo is designed to allow a user to add a variety of ambient layers to their tracks. With multiple reverbs, a delay, filters, and modulation, Cave Echo gives you control over space and time.

Tried 32 and 64-bits, but don't work .
Doesn't work for me either, just opens with a blank window and no GUI.
Have tried the different versions, have tried it in different hosts running as admin, have checked the included ReadMe. No joy.
Shame, it looks fun.
