PlugInGuru.com has released Kolours for Keyscape (this is library #41 for Omnisphere that PlugInGuru has released). The samples used in the library come from the Keyscape library and from Omnisphere so both Omnisphere 2.6 and Keyscape have to be owned and installed for this library to work.
Kolours for Keyscape's 120 patches comes with expressive Grand Piano patches, Rock Pianos and Rock Piano + Synth patches, 25 Chill Piano patches, Pianos from Famous Songs like "In Your Eyes", "That's All", "Waiting for a Girl Like You" and the "Logical Song" are included. Also Pianos for HipHop that have album noise samples layered over different piano types, 8 Key Bass patches and 27 BPM Bass/Synth/Drums patches.
The 30 Multis are broken down into 3 categories:
- Piano + Piano/other that is arpeggiated and processed – here are sounds even close to the sounds Ólafur, Nils or others would use. Super inspiring to play these.
- Piano/Bass Splits – Rock, Pop, Love Songs and Chill are all found in these 15 Bass/Split Multis.
- Instant Jam Splits – There are 5 "Instant Jam" Multis where you play a note in the lower octave of the keyboard, a song built using the Arpeggiators of 4 patches play a groove of bass, synth and drums. The rest of the keyboard is a Piano patch. These use all 4 MIDI CC#s (1,2,4 and 67) to bring in hidden elements and transform all the sounds in unique ways. Hours can go by playing these which is why they were included.
