Drumulator Plus

Rhythmic Robot Audio's Drumulator Plus is a sampled recreation of the E-mu Drumulator, plus a set of custom EPROM expansions.

The original Drumulator was a 12-bit sampled drum machine offering twelve kit pieces and real-time sequencing. It was a high-end machine for its day, and rivalled the Linn drum and other studio-grade drum machines of the early 80s. Rhythmic Robot's Kontakt version of the Drumulator includes all of the original kit pieces, plus three separate kits based on custom aftermarket EPROMs which we fitted to our Drumulator and sampled.

Drumulator Plus includes 8 levels of round robin for a genuinely authentic sound, plus performance controls including compression, bit crushing, saturation and "velocity retrofit" (allowing MIDI velocity to control kit piece level). The individual kit pieces can be panned and trimmed.

Drumulator Plus is available now. Requires a FULL version of Native Instruments Kontakt version 4.2.3 or higher (all versions of Kontakt 5 supported). Kontakt Player is NOT recommended and will time out after 15 mins or so. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULL VERSION OF KONTAKT BEFORE BUYING, AS WE CAN'T GIVE REFUNDS FOR SOFTWARE BOUGHT IN ERROR.
