Topten Software releases Cantabile v1.0

Topten Software has released version 1.0 build 110 of Cantabile.

Changes since v1.0 beta build 107:

• Fix for Save Bank dialog defaulting to wrong file type.
• Fix for selecting MIDI device requiring restart.
• Miscellaneous trivial fixes (typos etc.).
• Enhancement to display Getting Started page on first run.
• Enhancement to VST cache to support locating plugins not in VST path.
• Fix for incorrect idle time and message loop processing, still causing button cycling in Oatmeal plugin (and probably issues in other plugins).
• Fix for memory leak in audio recorder.
