VCV releases Parametra - Modular Parametric Equalizer for VCV Rack

VCV has released Parametra, a stereo parametric EQ with eight CV-controllable filters and a spectrum viewer for VCV Rack, the open-source virtual modular synthesizer.

Parametra includes 17 types of filters for polishing tracks in your mix or designing complex voltage-controlled filters allowing audio-rate modulation.

VCV say entire albums and EPs have been made with VCV Rack, but it is often difficult to lay tracks nicely into the sound stage without a DAW-like parametric EQ. VCV made Parametra to solve this problem, but in the spirit of modular synthesizers, all parameters are CV-controllable so you can use it as an instrument as well as a static effect.

This is the fourth VCV plugin that supports the Rack project, so profits will be used to fund new Rack versions.
