Outsim Synthmaker v0.7.7 released

Outsim have updated Synthmaker to v0.7.7, which includes the welcome return of the "Save as VST" option.

Changes:

• Simplified way of defining a front panel.
• VSTi creation back although not all components are yet supported.
• New Dynamic Compilation engine for the creation of digital filters.
• Many new components.
