This version introduces major enhancements like grouping abilities for components which allow users to create instruments and effects and share them with other users, and also a major overhaul of the parameter system. Both giving the user more control and going a long way towards making the system more adaptable to the user's needs.
For people who use VST plugins, the subsystem has been made more reliable as well as more fault-tolerant and several compatibility problems have been resolved.
This release also includes a lot of new building blocks modules like a band limited oscillator, a MIDI note extractor, new filters, and envelopes as well as improvements to the existing high level modules.
