Wusik released version 1.0.0 of the Plugin Manager, MIDI Processor, Buffer and Bridger called Wusik X42.
For now only the Windows version is ready. The OS X version has been pushed to later this year, due to some technical problems.
WilliamK from Wusik says "I don't know yet what kind of features it will have in terms of bridging older OS X plugins, as it may not be possible. It will have the MIDI Processors and Over Sampling options for when hosting VST2/VST3/AU plugins into VST2/VST3, but may not feature AU targets. You can contact me for more details on the OS X version."
