Outsim has updated SynthMaker to v0.9.5w.

- Delay compensation for VST plugins.
- Program changes now only re-link instead of performing a full recompile.

- Fixed a bug in the infinite loop code that was causing links to be incorrectly shown as frozen.
- Links between template connectors are now permitted.

- Removed the 100000 limit for the number of entries allowed on a Graph Create component.
- Fixed the Mouse Drag bug which was holding the drag when you right-click.
- The Wave Array Read now plays nothing when the wave index is out of the allowed range.

- Removed unnecessary code from the Step LFO and replaced some old modules with primitives.
- Fixed the problem in the WaveDraw module that was preventing the wave data from saving to a text file.
